We operate as an administrative agent and proxy to submit takedown requests on behalf of users while maintaining your privacy. We do not offer legal advice, representation, or verification of submitted claims.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Obligations and Declarations

When submitting a DMCA takedown notice through Takedown.gg, you declare and certify:

• That you are the copyright holder or authorised to act on behalf of the copyright holder.
• That you have a good faith belief the material is not authorised by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
• That the information provided is accurate.
• That you authorise Takedown.gg to act as your administrative agent in submitting the takedown notice.
• That all statements made under penalty of perjury are true and accurate.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all submissions.

5. Privacy Protection

Unlike other DMCA services, we prioritise your privacy. We submit takedown notices on your behalf without exposing your personal contact information to infringers or platforms. Your identity remains confidential throughout the process.

6. Fees and Billing

Takedown.gg operates on a monthly subscription model at £10/month, billed via Stripe. Users are charged upon subscription activation and automatically every month unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refunds beyond this period will only be granted if the Service is proven to be non-functional due to a fault in our software, as determined solely by Takedown.gg. Refund requests are subject to internal review.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Takedown.gg (LCN Ventures Ltd) shall not be liable for:

• The content or accuracy of any DMCA takedown request submitted via the platform.
• The outcomes of takedown actions or counter-notice processes.
• Legal claims, disputes, or damages arising from submissions made by users.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Takedown.gg, LCN Ventures Ltd, and their officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding on Takedown.gg is the intellectual property of LCN Ventures Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written consent.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion for violation of these Terms, with reasonable notice where possible. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
